Likes:
Stove heats entire house, which is 150 years old and not insulated very well. Stove runs 24 hours a day from November until April. Gasketed design produces an air tight stove, which can be rebuilt down the road. Cut my wood usage by 1/3 compared to an older coal/wood stove.
Dislikes:
Ash trap door too small. Makes it tough to get rid of ashes and save coals when heating with stove 24 hours a day.
Fire Brick on side rattles due to gap between brick and metal rail. Eaisly fixed with a metal shim.
