Likes: Heats unbelievably well, holds a lot of wood, looks wonderful

Dislikes: i have to clean the glass once a week

Comments: I would reccomend this fireplace to anyone who is looking for a good heating fireplace. my gas bills this year were lower then they have been in years. The majority of the people at Countryside were very helpful. they came to my house twice before i even decided I was going to buy it. The also sent a thank-you letter, a survey, and a coupon afterward. When I saw my sales person 6 months later at the homeshow, she remembered me.
