Likes: Attractive stove. Easy to operate. Burn times as advertised (4-6 hours) No repairs needed in 15 years. Heats up FAST, light 'er up, 30 mins later close the damper, you're good to go.

Dislikes: Very small stove. Be careful when opening top, easy to blast smoke into the room! Can be difficult to get even heat output, must be monitored. Can be hard to establish an initial draw. Using a top-down-burn helps these last 2 troubles.

Comments: Bought stove in 1989, model #1303, catalytic model. Only reason I got rid of it was to get a bigger stove with more BTU's and a longer burn time. The few drawbacks with this stove have to do with its small size, otherwise stove operates as advertised. Dealer highly recommended, attentive, willing to spend the extra time with their customers.
