Likes: Very nice to look at

Dislikes: We have suffered through the trauma of 2 glass explosions. It has ruined the whole feeling in the basement for us.

Comments: The manufacturer sent 2 engineers to check our unit and deemed it safe to use following the first explosion. It nearly blinded our contractor. Almost 3 months to the day, it exploded again. They issued a national recall on this model. They knew it was faulty and allowed it to remain in our home.
