Likes: Heats room well. Look nice

Dislikes: Unreliable. Have had constant problems with pilot going out and haveing to replace thermocouple units which seem to be unavailable anywhere and a cronic failure.

Manufacturer is the worst I've ever seen. Below zero and they day WEEKS to get back to you.

Local dealer closed business and we are stuck.

Comments: Would not buy again even if they gave them away.
