Likes: Looks great. Puts out lots of heat. Reasonably quiet. Easy to operate. Works great. Easy to maintain. The thermostat regulates the heat very well.

Dislikes: Ours had 2 defects where wiring had been squeezed by metal pieces during construction. These caused the unit to fail after a few uses. Our dealer was great though, he came right out, found the problem and quickly fixed it.

Comments: Ours is vented through the wall. We spend about 10 minutes cleaning out the ash each week. We bought a ton of pellets from the local Southern States store and have maybe 15 bags left after an unusually warm winter. We are very pleased with the stove and our dealer.
