Likes: Modulates fire size IAW room temperature & does it well. Completely automatic. Automatic controls do all that is advertised!
Good looking.

Dislikes: Slag builds up rapidly on firepot. Hopper only holds about 50# of pellets. Lots of sheet metal rattles to iron out. Once that's done unit is quiet. Harman could have used a better grade of beer can to build sheet metal parts.

Comments: I found that using an automotive gasket scraper to remove slag to be efficent. The tool that comes with stove is near useless.
Downrated dealer because he charged a premium to install, but did a shoddy job and asked for additional $200 to correct.
