Likes: Great heat output, holds large amount of wood.

Dislikes: If not careful when opening door smoke can pour into the room. Need to open damper first and heat up fire before opening door. (Can be a pain). Can be hard to get a full nights burn (depends on wood)

Comments: What I really would like to comment on is the great service I received from the manufacturer when my stove went in for a warranty claim. My stove developed some cracks in the pre-heat tubes in the rear of the stove after seven years of hard use. The manufacturer not only repaired these well, but also did the following: Replaced all fire bricks, all burn tubes and supports, brand new glass (maybe a whole new door, not sure), polished all brass, repainted the whole stove, new trim pieces. All at no extra charge!!! I only had to pay $100 for one-way freight. After getting is kind of service, I would definitely buy from this company again!!
