Likes: The dealer did very professional install, had to fabricate exterior opening extensively to match existing vinyl siding and was very meticulous. The XXV has had some bad press from some users about fan noise and I mentioned this to dealer and he was aware of the issue. The dealer did have to add the clamp to mine - but since the stove in downstairs the noise it made was not a problem. We only ran 12 bags of pellets through it before it warmed up enough we didn't need it - but it ran great and produced enough heat for the entire house.

Dislikes: Cost was the only con so far.

Comments: I hope pellet prices do not continue to increase too much as both the wife and I enjoy the stove heat and compared to a wood/coal stove this appliance is so much cleaner running and fuel is easier and cleaner. Right now pellet prices are making it close to a wash compared to natural gas.
