Likes: Very attractive stove. Got the cast iron and was worth the extra money. Burns clean, very little ash. Easy to maintain. When running heavy will clean once a week. Only takes 10 minutes to clean up.

Dislikes: Window does soot up
Gap between top of stove and pellet bin. Pellets overflow into gap when filling.

Comments: Etremely happy with our dealer and stove. He was located half way cross the nation, but price and service was second to none. Saved over $1,000 even after shipping compared to local dealer. Knows his stuff. Told him I was installing on Sunday and he gave me his cell number in case I had any questions.
