Keeps my room and adjoining rooms nice and warm, a constant even heat. Keeps my electric bill flat from fall through winter into spring.
The only thing I can think of is not directly related to the operation or function of the stove itself. I am required to water my plants more often during the heating season, especially in the room where the stove is located.
This survey only covers stoves up to 10 years old. My stove, ser # 90909 was purchased in 1994 or 95. I have not encountered any problems at all with this stove, the secret being regular maintaince. Cleaned on a regular basis, motors oiled once a year etc. The only change I did to this stove was upgrade the control panel from the anolog to the newer digital about a year after I got it. I burn 1 bag of pellets, on average, per day during the heating season.
