Likes: Great stove. Fire lasts a long time and provides enough hot coals in the morning to restart fire easily. Very nice view of the fire. Kids love gathering around it.

Dislikes: Fans seems a bit loud, but its ok.

Comments: I only had trouble with the window smoking up the first time the stove was used, because didn't let it heat up enough before setting it all the way low. Since then I've used it all this winter and any smoke on the window does get burned off with the good fire.
The overnight burn feature, which regulates the air intake based on the heat, seems to work quite well. Usually get a large amount of wood past the flaming stage and then turn it low right before retiring for the night.
The fire is very attractive to look at. I stayed in a ski condominium which had a Regency fireplace insert, it fire was not very attractive, just one reburn tube in front made the fire look like a burner. The Pacific Energy has "reburn outlet" in front, down the middle, and in back, this gives a much better looking flame overall. Very pleased with this stove.
