Likes: The stove heats well when it functions properly.

Dislikes: The unite quite frequently does not start when it should.

Comments: I have had a lot of trouble with this unit. I purchased it mid September. In December, I started to have a lot of trouble with it starting when it was calling for heat. It seemed like the auger was not feeding enough pellets to start it. The dealer suggested that I increase the pellet feed adjustment. I did this, but now the stove would burn with a flame too high. Next we replaced the controller. The stove has functioned well until recently. It is now starting to do the same thing all over again. I was told that Quadra Fire had the best rating for Pellet Stoves, based on my experience I would not recommend their product.
