Likes: We have auto start, Just set it and forget it. This insert runs 24/7 during the winter months. We had a wood insert for 30 years, to much work stacking wood, loading the stove in the middle of night. Pellet are the only way.

Comments: I think with anything, maintenance is the key, cleaning, oiling, and regural PM. I love this stove so I put one in my home. Now we have 2
