Likes: Looks, performance. Ease of use

Dislikes: NOISY auger motor!!!!!

Comments: I don't know yet if we got a bad one, but the Auger motor is VERY loud and annoying. Buzzes loudly every 5 seconds, which totally distracts from the ambiance of the unit. Other than that, it's nice. Provides lots of heat. Works well, starts easy
