It is a defective design that will empty your bank account -FAST!

Cartel will not repair dangerous design defects and dealers come and go broke, so do not expect service on that end.
I burned about 2 tons of pellets and had to replace just about every part and boy, you get taken to cleaners!!!
These were the most expansive:
3 computer boards $209 each
Combustion fan $260 each
Electrical wiring is routed over the hot exhaust and burned crisp. New harness $42

Pellet prices have gone through the roof and are not always available. – It is less expansive to use an electric heater.
