Likes: Bone-warming radiance, heat lasts long after the fire is reduced to coals, eco-friendly catalytic combustion, beauty of soapstone on painted cast iron, expertise of Woodstock employees (including extensive follow-up

Dislikes: The time it takes to warm up the house as compared to steel or cast stoves. If you're buying a stove for part-time burning, you may not be completely happy. Don't get me wrong... we're 24x7 burners. We were completely aware of this, and don't regret our decision to buy from Woodstock. All of the other pros GREATLY outweigh this one con.

Comments: I can't say enough about the consistent heat that this stove puts out. As equally pleasing is the look of the stove; it's more like a piece of furniture than a heating appliance. The people at Woodstock are unbelievable!
