Other Information about the Home and Stove
Room Size (Sq ft): 1800 | House Size (Sq feet): 4390
Bought in 1999 , Price Paid: ~$3600.00
Location : Divide, CO 80814, Teller
Purchased from: Fireplace Retail Store - Western Fireplace

Likes: Single door design eases loading, burns clean, easy to operate, thermostatic blower fan, has run flawless for 9 years, built very well.

Dislikes: Could hold more wood, needed to remove smoke shelf to fit larger quantities of wood to facilitate longer burn rates. Short burn times but mostly the fault of the wood type used as opposed to the fireplace/stove(s) fault.

Comments: Should have bought the model 44 for more capacity. I run this fireplace/stove every night in winter for 15-16 hours and all weekend long. Burn times are 3 hours max with Pine which is all we can get in Colorado's High Country. I have gotten used to getting up every 2.5 hours to add wood all winter long which seems to be about 8 months here...
