Likes: Good heat output, able to heat about 1/2 of my house which is a big feat with 9ft ceilings. Easy to light and keep fired even after long night. Burns very efficiently and cleanly, air-light white ash is all that is left most of the time. I like the bay window although it is probably overkill.

Dislikes: Fan is a little loud, but it is difficult to make this much air move in such a small location without noise. Handle on door not perfectly aligned which results in a challenge when opening (latch still locks when in \'open\' position so a little extra muscle needed).

Comments: Only had one month... Overall very happy with the unit. I have a big drafty house so I am not planning on completely eliminating the use of my furnace but it sure has helped reduce the gas bill. Very pleased with dealer, great hard-wording installers and helpful. They also directed me to high quality wood supplier with very reasonable prices.
