Likes: Pellet stove is overall well made. Puts out plenty of heat for this small house. In manual only operation it works just fine.

Dislikes: This stove is sold as suitable for use in \"automatic\" operation with a thermostat. It does NOT work properly on a thermostat. If automatic operation is important to you then DO NOT buy this stove!

Comments: Lennox\'s own service dept does not appear to understand the operation of their own stove. On thermostat operation if the thermostat calls for heat before the stove finishes it\'s shutdown process then it finishes shutting down and stays shut down even though the thermostat is calling for heat. This takes from 20 to 30 minutes. How would you like a furnace that had a 30 minute \"cooling off\" period before you could turn it on again? I\'ve been given excuses and told this is normal operation for this unit. Also, just turn it to a lower heat setting and run it continuously. And I have been told that a thermostat should not be calling for heat in less than 30 minutes!! What planet do these techs live on? Somewhere down south where probably their furnace doesn\'t need to come on very often? I want thermostat controlled operation so I don\'t have to play with the stove 6 times a day to keep from either freezing or baking. If i wanted to play with it that much i could have bought a regular wood stove.
