Likes: Ease of use. Fill it up, press the button and it heats the whole house on low or medium setting. Looks better than the generic square boxes. I have burned wood in a variety of stoves for most of my life, from pot belly to air tight boxes, and I appreciate and prefer the look of the Parlour. Got it on sale for 50% of retail.

Dislikes: The fan is a bit noisy, but I will probably get used to it over time.

Comments: There was a problem with the igniter, but the Thelin company owner had one sent overnight to the dealer, who installed it the next day. Jay Thelin even sent a state of the art fan controller, at no charge, which the dealer also installed.
