Likes: I am very happy with the unit. It is very low maintenance and pretty easy to clean. It\'s very attractive and heats the entire house comfortably.

Dislikes: The dealer is horrible. Never returns phone calls. The owners manual for the stove does not disclose some of the important areas to clean, advising an annual professional cleaning.

Comments: Ash Away and Fireplace Showcase have been completely useless. pelletsdirect.com are fantastic. Great pellets, excellent service.
