Likes: This stove insert puts out the heat. I\'ve had a few fires so far and its heated the whole house up to 78\'F in about an hour after light up. Once the stove gets hot and putting out heat there is no visible smoke coming from the chimney. Easy to load logs in because the fire box is large. The fan kicks on to what ever speed you pre set it for. Very nice stove. I bought this because my neighbors all have the free standing PE stoves and they all love them. So far I am impressed.

Dislikes: It takes a little while to get the stove hot. Maybe half hour to 45 minutes. This is a big stove and I had to cut the metal box out of the existing fireplace to get the stove to fit. After looking at the next size down though I think I would still have to cut a portion of the fire box out of the fireplace.

Comments: My boys love the new stove and are constantly asking me if we can start a fire. The problem is I need to make sure the temps outside are cold enough. Otherwise we end up in a sauna. Great stove.
