Likes: Excellent heat output if using dry wood Very Good design from an appearance aspect Numerous ways to control heat output

Dislikes: No method of advising customers of engineering changes Poor dealer support considering purchase outlay Factory policy of field modification is in need of improvement

Comments: We bought the stove at a retail store going out of business. Retail cross support is less than expected within the industry.
