Likes: Nice looking stove when not burning wood.

Dislikes: My first Hearthstone stove leaked a black oily liquid on my field stone hearth when first burned. The door popped open when very hot, the door insulation came out, and the enamal had small holes in it. The dealer replaced the stove and the door insulation immediately came out and had to be replaced. The replacement size recommended did not allow the door to close and had to have a smaller size installed. Since then the stove burns very hot and very fast. I burned more wood last year than ever. Trying to contact the manufacturer has been impossible with no replies either from emails or phone. Even getting through to someone on the phone is impossible as they have a voice menu that you cannot access unless you know your parties extension.

Comments: I would not recommend this stove nor the company and have in fact turned a few people away from buying the stove due to the above complaints and especially the poor customer service.
