Likes: Large viewing area
Solid door and handle

Dislikes: Blower rattles.
Wish would have pushed installer to put blockoff plate in. Unit could probably deliver more hear. Have to have blower on high at all times in winter but we are able to heat the main floor.

Comments: Ours is actually a 2010 but options on this form only went to 2009.
