Likes: Price, size, ash drawer, plenty of heat in cold weather, heat seems managable with a little experience. Nice primary air jet at front bottom of airbox.

Dislikes: Not a catylitic but not as expensive either.

Comments: I replaced my burned out catylitic Earth stove with this fairly large unit. I have been burning 24-7 for about 3 weeks, experiencing good overnite burns, seems the secret of fine heat control with this unit is the managment of the coals. For alot of heat let them build up all over firebox. For less heat and more control rake them forward to the primary jet and burn them down. I have read reviews about people unhappy with the ash drawer, I love it because it keeps the hot flying ash under control versus shoveling into a bucket. I am hoping to use less wood this year, time will tell. Nothing fancy about this unit. It just seems to do the job.
