Location : Bemidji, MN 56601, USA
Purchased from: Fireplace Retail Store - Ike's Fireplace, Park Rapids, MN

Likes: low emissions

Dislikes: The Quadra Fire 4300 was supposed to effectively heat up to 2,400. IT DOES NOT. I have a 1800 sq ft well insulated house that was effectively heated by a small Earthstove that burned about 2 cords a year (wish I had it back)

Comments: The sales persons at Ike's claimed the output rating was conservative and should do better than this. Quadra Fire and the retailer refused to work with me in trading for a higher output model. Because that stove is incapable of producing the BTU's as claimed, I had to install an non, off-peak, electric backup.
