Likes: Works very well and does the job as advertised. Glass stays clean, nice viewing area and kicks out heat long after the flames are gone.

Dislikes: Shorter pieces of wood should be used to fill the box. Bigger pieces (16") are a struggle unless you have recently emptied the ashes.

Comments: Many of the bad reviews for any of the stoves listed on this site are, in my opinion, from folks that don't really understand the basics of woodburning. To a point, the seller/installer has a responsibility to educate their customers. There is no excuse for anyone, to EVER burn green or wet firewood. This insert does a very good job of burning cleanly and delivering heat in an efficient manner if a few basics are observed. 1) Good seasoned firewood 2) Proper chimney sizing/installation/insulation 3) Common sense. Enjoy the season !!!!!!
