Likes: Handsome looking stove with good heat

Dislikes: irreplacable parts after 6 years non functioning and useless

Comments: Manufacturer and retailer very incompetent. Three times parts ordered over 5 month period and always incorrect. Now told that parts are no longer available and I am out of luck. Five cords of wood and zero degrees outside but nothing to burn it in. No help from either the store owner or the manufacturer who didn't realize the truth about replacement parts to begin with. Very very angry and intend to go to higher level of complaint for piece of mind.
