Likes: Tons of heat

Dislikes: will not burn clean. Burn pot has excessive ash and plugs up.

Comments: I have manually adjust the draft fan but am unable to achieve a decent burn. After 8 hours the stove is pitch black.
I am burning hardwood pellets.
The venting is horizontal, 2 90 elbows and 3 foot of 3 inch vent pipe. I understand pellet stoves need to be adjusted with the different manufacturer of pellets. This is and issue were the auger rate is simply to high.
The stove should run a fairly wide range of pellets with out major adjustments to the fuel or air rate.
