Likes: Unit is attractive & easy to load. It has really made up for the lack of warmth from our heat-pump.

Dislikes: It seems nearly impossible to hold a fire overnight without getting a lot of cresote on the glass, even after filling with oak before going to bed. It seemed to take forever for the dealer to install-even though we purchased the stove in May.

Comments: We have really enjoyed the stove & look forward to the winter-last winter wasn't much of a test.
