POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Comments: The stove that I bought is a multi-fuel stove. I should be able to burn corn or pellets or even olive pits if i so desired. Last year was the first season that I used it and i decided to burn corn. From the onset it was a problem. In the first week my auger stopped working and it took almost 2 weeks to reach someone at Pinnacle corn stove in order to get a replacement auger sent. I fixed it and it worked well all season.

This year corn is in short supply so I need to burn pellets. Unfortunately corn is in short supply this year so i need to burn pellets. Well as it turns out the pellets, regardless of brand, get stuck in the auger rendering the stove useless. Again I try for WEEKS to get in touch with someone who basically just said that i should try a different pellet. i have tried 5 different pellets and have gotten the same result...a jammed auger. This is clearly NOT a MULTI-FUEL stove. I got a total of 5 months use out of it and now need to buy a new stove. I will certainly buy my new stove from a more reputable company.

It would be a terrible mistake on your part to do business with Pinnacle Corn Stoves
