Likes: Beautiful Stove, Goes perfectly in my living room in an existing arched fireplace, Seems well built and provides alot of heat, glass stays clean for a long time, side loading option

Dislikes: Front door ash falls out every single time the door is opened, this is extreamly annoying, messy and makes north/south loading difficult, the air control is tempermental and i find the stove much more difficult to run than my previous stove, the air control also gets very hot to the touch after running for a while. Stove demands very well seasoned wood. Takes a while to get up to temp and requires alot of babysitting. No such thing as reloading this thing and walkign away.

Comments: I am a little dissapointed at this stove. It heats the house good and looks beautiful but i find it rather cumbersome to run and its extreamly messy.
