Likes: Nice looking design
Solid construction

Easy to damper

Dislikes: Fan noise
Volume of air could be better

Not much radient heat
Glass smokes up on the hinge side after about 8 hours

Comments: I had a 30+ year old Nashua stove which really puts out the heat but eats wood in cold weather.
I've owned many other stoves and bought the Buck based on quality and other reviews. As far as EPA approved stoves go I
think it does a good job so far. I have a 2,000 sq ft. ranch, the stove is in a large open room with cathederal ceilings and with
out side temps in the 30's it keeps most of the house warm. The real test will be when the temps get in the teens and below.
My biggest complaint so far is the high fan noise compared to the air volume. If a better fan was located in the back it would
reduce noise and air flow.
