Likes: I bought this unit used as a secondary heat source for my roughly 1300 square foot ranch home in eastern PA. It was minimally used and only needed a new paint job, gasket, and a couple fire bricks. I've been using this insert to heat my home overnight when it's forecasted to get down into the low 30's or 20's. Otherwise, I let the heat pump do it's thing. I love to start a top down fire and set it up for the night! The family loves the heat!

Dislikes: I haven't yet had an "overnight burn" where I could start back up in the morning (this could be due to using lighter wood in the early season). I've had it burn until 3-4 in the morning, but the stove cools too much after that to restart. I haven't yet "loaded it up" yet, either, as I don't want to overfire.

Comments: I just love having this wood stove insert in my home. Bring on the cold!
