Other Information about the Home and Stove
Room Size (Sq ft): 300 | House Size (Sq feet): 1200
Bought in 2000 , Price Paid: 700
Location : Colebrook, CT 6021, USA
Purchased from: Select Store Type - Palace, Torrington

Likes: Fit in our somewhat restricted position in house; puts out good heat, and continuously good heat if you are attentive; aestethically-pleasing overall, door glass w/fire = pretty view; seems rugged enough for extended use (we'll see).

Dislikes: Fire needs somewhat more attention to keep at high output; i.e., best to keep the fire hot .. 600-700degF on top .. and feed it smaller splits if it drops below to restore it.. this has to be done a few times a day; req's lots of small splits in the woodpile!

Comments: Overall, a nice stove but perhap an increased primary draft volume or more convenient controls over a high-draft mode would help restore the temp back to cookin' levels. Need for ample smaller splits = increased labor, but it's good for ye, and me.
