Likes: Pellet stove is very easy to load and a good consistent source of heat. Pellets are easy to buy and two tons would get us through a cold winter. Easy to light and quick to generate heat.

Dislikes: Stove required too much cleaning to keep it running efficiently. COuld not run above the "3" setting of 1-5 settings or would overheat and shut down. Electronics would malfunction if stove not kept clean of fly ash.

Comments: I intend to buy a pellet stove in our new home, but will not buy a Whitfield.
