Comments: unfortunately this is my 2nd pellet stove in 4 years.I found out buying local is not always the way to go. My 1st stove was a nightmare.. but it was not so much the stove but the dealer. I cant stress enough to check around, ask questions before you buy your stove.Its after the purchase you need a reliable honest UNDERSTANDING dealer. I found that in everyone at Afterglow Energy Center. The stove is great too!!!!!
