Likes: Very easy to use. Minimal maintenance. We have it hooked up to a digital timer thermostat so we wake up to a warm house. Components are high quality and motorslook to be easy to replace from Grangers.

Dislikes: Pellets need a push once or twice a day, they don't self feed that well due to the shallow nature of the insert hopper. Must clean the smoke off the glass once a week.

Comments: This is our first pellet stove. Install was easy - watch the video first! Maintenance so far is once a week, about 15 min. with a vac for fly ash and then windex for the glass. Noise is moderate, but somewhat intrusive in a quiet living room. Overall we're pretty happy with the stove.
