Likes: Looks nice. Heat output excellent when catalytic combustor works. Big firebox.

Dislikes: 3-4 hour effective burn time. Cannot bank up and warm house overnight (8 hours) - need to keep feeding wood in order to maintain proper flue+combustor temperatures. Can't add TOO much wood, otherwise flue/combustor may overheat. Flame directly contacts combustor - no way to avoid because of design.

Comments: Replaced catalytic combustor twice in the last 4 years. Substrate simply crumbled away. Arrogant dealer claimed we are doing something wrong. Temp on combustor never climbed above 1400 deg. We go through 2-3 honest cords every season and typically need sweep to come in mid-season to clean chimney because of flue narrowing. This stove simply is not good for a primary, constant use heat source because of design and poor combustor performance. Dealer is one to avoid as well because of contant arrogance.
