Likes: Beautiful unit (black matte finish); VERY realistic looking flames; unit puts out a tremendous amount of heat.

Dislikes: Nothing major; the flames burn blue instead of yellow. However, since mine is a vent-free unit, blue flames are safer. I didn't realize that in the beginning, but it's nothing that causes regret. I'd still do it all over again.

Comments: I have a big, old, drafty house, and I bought this vent-free unit as a secondary source of heat. I feel safe with vent free considering the draftiness of my home. I recommend this unit. It's expensive, but it is a beautiful addition.
