Dislikes: Their units are pure junk. I melted 3 remotes before I gave up. Now, it just cuts off for no reason. Don't make the mistake I did of jumping on the low price for a built-in pre-fab FMI fireplace. You're stuck with it unless you want to tear your walls down. Get smart and pay a little extra for a Heat-N-Glo.
