Likes: lots of heat, much warmer and easier to clean than my old austroflamm, glass actually stays clean for weeks, not hours.

Dislikes: a little noisy when called upon to heat up the house in the morning - small hopper (won't hold a full bag of pellets)

Comments: The installation was quick and flawless - really moves alot of heat throughout the house. I'd buy another from this retailer in a heartbeat - they are the consumate professionals when it comes to sales and installation.
