Starts easily, burns well. Always surprised at how much volume of wood goes in compared to the small volume of ash coming out. Looks great - lots of good comments from guests. Heats the room very nicely.
Small firebox - hard to get it to burn all night. After 4 winters of steady use I have a small collection of unknown screws and metal bits that turn up occasionally in the ash (yikes!). Side tool holder is supremely useless - too close to the floor. Bolts holding legs on are way too short (only about 1 and a half threads catch) - resulted in leg falling off during installation, causing nice dent in floor covering. Went and got longer bolts, but it still scares me when someone leans against it. Hard to find parts for ours (currently looking for the right size of window tape).
I like the stove, but that won't stop me from looking at other brands next time around.
