Yes,I have turn the temp up with no results .The only way I have successfully got it run after cleaning was turn to stove temp or pull the plug...
Other than that, I have followed all the guides & tips of cleaning the stove and when it's time to start up it will just run the combustion fan...
I am wondering if we should be pulling the plug from the ups after the stove shuts down on it's own ?

Tink...that could be the answer to his problem!! I use a shop vac with filter bags and a hepa filter which seems to control the ash dust.
I would not hesitate to purchase a stove from Acushnet Alternative Heating.My dealings with them have only been to purchase pellets and the level...

Bags are very difficult to attach and tend to rip also have the hepa filter and it does quite a good job.
