But if I have a Harman running on stove temp (4) and that always gives me the same discharge temps at the exchanger, but I get a longer burn time...

Feed rate almost 4 (like 3.9)

With this setting I get 14-15...
Green Supreme is NEWP, but there are 2 plants. Jaffrey NH and Schuyler NY. The Jaffrey ones are supposed to be better.

ST is the stove trying to maintain a certain exhaust temp, regardless of the inside temp or even what (crappy or great) pellets you are burning....
I've noticed that too in my new XXV. I think Delta-T has it right.
I get less than that much ash after 48 nonstop hours of burning Curran softies...or about 3 bags. Feed rate 4, stove temp 4-5.
