to determine rotation do I look at the back of stove..... from the back it would be CW

Having trouble with bottom auger stopping when stove is hot. After shut down it runs when stove is restarted.. Found one on Englander site for $130....
stove is 4 years old

ok, its seems to quit after 3 to 4 hours of run time... then after cool down and a quick vacum . I turn it on and away we go till next shut down....
