    Thats OK, but I do all the work on the stoves myself, no need to spend $200 for a spring cleaning. Thats why I feel Quad should make the upgrades...

    Easy Heat Pellets

    Anybody here ever used or heard of Easy Heat pellets. Local supplier has them for $195/ton. They also have Energex $215 and Hamers $235.

    They technically are not needed, but they do give you better performance i believe.

    I have installed an OAK on both my Quad and Harman stoves and it does make a difference. I am not sure why the dealers don't want to install them....

    make sure inside of the ceramic TC cover is clean of ash and also make sure that the TC is actually touching the inside tip of the ceramic cover.

    Mt Vernon ignitor out...can I run all night on low?

    It will shut down every so many hours to autoclean, unless you have the battery backup and unplug the power cord and let it run on battery.
