I never experienced that much heat from my stove. (Except maybe when I switch to sunflower seed setting)
What are you burning and at what settings.
I always liked the autoclean feature however I wish there was a way we could program it for longer cycles between cleanings!
I agree. I burned these two years ago and they plugged my stove up good! Never will I burn these again.
Nice to have options!
Purchased 3 ton on Saturday 11/8. Delivery set for Monday 11/17.
0 bags so far. NG is so cheap around here but with the cold on the way I am certain we will be burning soon.
Have not even thought about purchasing pellets yet!
So it's the AE without the auto clean?
I can see that being a plus!
Still burning as well. Check to see if this is unusual but see I have burned into May in years prior.
Ditto on the Loctite!
With the sun at it's present angle snow won't stick around too long! Shouldn't need to shovel or get out the blower here!
Calendar might say spring but next week looks more like mid January. Have 7 bags left so I guess I'll get 15 more since that is all we are...
Can get a whopping 15 bags here. Think I'll do things differently next heating season.
Ditto! But there are other manufacturers that I would consider as well!
I have had it smoke before after auto clean with smoldering pellets laying in the ash pan.
I am probably selling mine only because NG is so much cheaper.
I was told 5 bags at a time!
Feels like depression times?
Man, your killing me!
Am I missing something?
Just looked at the price for NG for the month of March. It is at it's lowest price in over 8 years.
Actually I am kind of happy there is a pellet...
Where do you store the pellets?
I guess you need to build a hopper accessible to the delivery truck.
Then, how do you move from the hopper?
Start with a -5 and adjust from there!
Obviously it depends on the temps outside and wind conditions but on average running on the sunflower setting 3 bags a day.
I don't always use...
I would set it on sunflower seed setting at -5 flame height, manual low to start and see what kind of heat you get out of the unit.
Think you are going to see a huge difference in performance when you are done!
Do you use the leaf blower when you do a deep clean?
What is you exhaust setup?
You might want to re-think the prpoane stove idea!
Sounds like someone who misses the I Burn Corn site!
